Film snaps of the lovely Minna in Union Square from the other day when it was 60 degrees out. Warm enough for a caramel frappuccino! Minna and I go way back to freshman year and have shared some hilarious and amazing memories since. We both attempted a 365 day self-portrait project at some point in college (she may be a familiar face to some of y'all) and both never finished...
I am enjoying how the colors came out - hard to believe this is the same roll as the shots below (Red Hook entry)! Wish I could make Pro 400H produce these soft and pretty pastel colors every time.
The first has me smitten...the little moment you captured is lovely. You have a terrific eye!
ReplyDeleteyes, I lobe the pastel tones to these photos. shoot more please with the Fuji Pro 400H haha...
ReplyDeleteoooh i recognize her. ;) pretty, pretty lady.

ReplyDeleteAlice, dreamy pastels is right. I cannot get over the beauty of that last shot:)

what film camera do you use? ahhhhh i love film. it seriously nothing quite like the colours. i think with Fuji Pro 400H they do best overexposed isn't it? can't wait to get my scans back from FINDLab.
ReplyDeleteAh! So that's how I knew your face before I stumbled upon your blog! You had a 365days project! How cool! I had one too back in the day, around the same time as yours... =)
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I didn't know Minna from that. But I do now!
Awesome tones, awesome photos, as always.
that minna girl sure is gorgeous!!!
ReplyDelete2 years plus on and these shots still look so good. Film is amazing.
