Dumplings at Sunday Suppers
I've long admired Karen's Sunday Suppers space — it's a total photographer's dream; so it was a real treat to spend Monday evening there making dumplings with some really talented and inspiring ladies. We made dumplings with Binh and Pilar from Kickshaw Cookery, and I learned how surprisingly easy it could be to make fancy looking dumpling shapes. I have a bad habit of always wanting to add a ton of filling to my dumplings, but I'm working on it!

After we got our hands dirty with dumpling making, we sat down to a beautiful spread of pickled vegetables, crazy addictive roasted peanuts, three differently-filled dumplings, and more vegetables. It was delicious and wholesome. I couldn't imagine a better way to spend a Monday evening.
