Hope you guys don't mind I've still got Paris posts. Here's a Sunday afternoon spent at the Musée d'Orsay. I don't think photos are allowed in there, but... everyone was breaking the rules anyway!
I never mind your photos of Paris, I adore them! These are gorgeous. I've never been inside (even though I live here which is a bit shameful) but I need to go soon. It's so pretty! Thank you for sharing :)
Hi Alice! I love how the second and fourth photos give an implied vastness to them. Could you please tell me what type of lens you used and did you take it with a very high f-stop?
Speaking of the Musée d'Orsay and its photography ban, you may find this article interesting though a little bit dated. OrsayCommons http://we-make-money-not-art.com/archives/2010/12/orsaycommons.php#.UWZkDhlAt-Y
It's important to know that the architects of this museum are J.P. Philippon (the same of Roubaix's La Piscine Museum), P. Colboc and R. Bardon. They won the project and the gave the main good ideas about Musée d'Orsay.
Your photos are gorgeous so I'm sure they'd be allowed ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm always craving for more of your Paris photos. More pleasee....
