A sleek bodysuit and wide-legged pants (er, trousers if you're being proper/English) – my kind of alternative to cocktail dress garb. I'm not the biggest dress wearer and much prefer separates when I can, so I threw together this look for a cocktail event last night. This particular bodysuit isn't quite evening-wear material (it's like a mid-weight jersey) but I think its sleekness and neckline make up for that. I love the volume on these pants and how incredibly high-waisted they are. Gotta fake those long legs!
Get the look for less with this bodysuit from Asos and high-waisted pair from Missguided. These Chloe pumps are multiple seasons old, but I found an exact pair here for an amazing price (if you're a size 7.5!).
I think I discovered it by accident -- you can stuff the rest of the chain inside the bag, and just leave out enough to make a small handle :).

Altho the bodysuit from Asos is similar to yours but the neckline of yours is so much more chic !!! I am also a pant person when it comes to dress occasion!
