Minimalist dreams
Last week, I shot an apartment so clean and minimal that I spent this past weekend purging hundreds of old magazines, props I no longer use, and anything that didn't have significant sentimental value. The problem is that I really enjoy and appreciate "stuff" (from ceramics to shoes to misc. home tchotchkes), yet I have this ideal of minimalism, and the two parts of me go to battle with each other often.

ReplyDeleteI am the very same way. I absolutely hate clutter... but I also love books and paintings and mugs, which really add up and create chaos. This is a gorgeous space... makes me want to redecorate!

ReplyDeleteAhhh~ What a perfect set of photos. I'm constantly torn when it comes to interior favorites.. My place is becoming more eclectic because of it. Minimalist though, so beautifully styled, is heaven.
ReplyDeleteI have the same battle between minimalism and a love of stuff. The stuff I keep around me always is full of meaning and memory, but there is a relaxing feeling about minimalism that lets me feel free. If you ever reconcile the two, let me know how you did it!

ReplyDeleteI agree, there's something so beautiful in these type of carefully curated (not sparse) interiors. With all the clutter in our lives, it's an oasis to come to an empty home. I loved my house when we first moved in and there was nothing but wooden floors and walls, but now it's all buried in clutter!

Problem: HP Printer not connecting to my laptop.
ReplyDeleteI had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me.
I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem. After having received many quotations from various companies, i decided to go ahead with Online Tech Repair (www.onlinetechrepairs.com).
